Read more on LW and consider implementing. Likely by shifting yet again, but also maaaaybe experiment with purchasing articial industrial-grade light. Take decision fast.

Spent time at a coworking space with a huge amount of artificial lighting. I felt mildly bad simply at the thought of having to go back. Although my place is kinda well lit too.
This is yet another datapoint that huge amount of light actually makes you feel better. your place is not yet at the ceiling in terms of how much light makes you feel good. strongly consider shifting if only for the light reason

Just visited one, so, rooftop of building with open roof and glass walls is amazing. I remain genuinely confused why more houses aren't built with glass walls by default.
gpt-5 says (may contain hallucins) you can build a house out of luxwall enthermal plus with low-heat gain configuration, costs ~$200/m^2.
gpt-5 is not able to accurately reverse engineer bill of materials and tell me what is the biggest cost. For instance it said indium for airtight sealing but then I forced it to calculate the actual cost and it was less then $10/m^2. It also said evacuation time is high but that just means manufacturing equipment cost has to be amortized accordingly. If you did more bulk manufacturing, that cost should come down.
Conclusion - I can't see what stops someone from starting mass manufacturing such windows (very low IR allowed, very low heating via conduction, visible light allowed, aesthetics and color accuracy don't matter)

Visited other cafe. Conclusion - I like cafes and coworking spaces with no people and no noise and a big glass window with lots of sunlight. Ideally I should just shift to a room with a big glass window. (No matter how big you are thinking, think bigger. A wall made of glass is actually lowkey amazing.)
