Maybe my ideal place to live should have a beach or a mountain

Living in Bangalore I have no reason to even get out of my room. Most people suck (at helping me with my current goals), most places suck, there is pollution and traffic everywhere.
I should maybe check if there is some area in Bangalore with a PG with big glass window and access to either a beach or a mountain. I doubt it exists but I think it is my current ideal.
In general, if I have to list out my preferences for an idealised place to live, given all my experiences in life so far:
- Major preferences
  - Room
    - Single room with no people, so I can think
  - Cost
    - Affordable given my current runway
  - People
    - Close to software / cybersecurity ecosystem
    - Meeting people should give the right message, see also: PG on cities and ambition
    - More people doing something interesting besides corporate job, corporate job people are busy (which is good) but too lacking in freedom (which is bad)
    - Significant atheist liberal population, for meetups and for dating
    - Lot of happy people (from within, not just pretending to be). But happy and ambitious people are almost disjoint sets lol
- Minor preferences
  - Room
    - Someone else manages cooking/cleaning
    - Easy availability of veg food
    - Big window for sunlight
  - City
    - Not too cold or too hot (cold is worse than heat)
    - Access to either a mountain or a beach that has no pollution
