- The reason is not because the other person has any useful advice or listening or motivation to offer. It is fine if the other person is a complete idiot. Just make sure they are a type-2 person not a type-3 person.
- The reason is that when I isolate for too long, my neuroticism levels go up, and this degrades the quality of my thinking.
