I think I like talking to people with access to social dark matter

If I was not burdened with "glorious purpose", what would I be doing with my life instead?
- I highly value novelty and I highly value talking to people. Novelty among people means people who have deviated from conventional societal norms in some way.
- I want to talk to:
- people who voluntarily celibate (such as monks), people who have orgies with 20+ people, people of LGBTQ, polyamorous people
- victims of rape, torture, etc
- people who have committed rape, torture, etc
- policemen, soldiers
- spies, people working in intelligence commmunity
- professional artists, game developers etc
- full-time devotees of any religion or political ideology
- people who have spent periods in complete isolation (such as solitary confinement in prison), people with extended families of few hundred members
- I want deeper relationships with such people, as they won't necessarily share the internal workings of their mind with someone they don't trust
