I am no longer working full-time on trying to persuade people. But I read some books and learned some useful stuff
Recommended resources in order of priority:
Read wikipedia pages on various mass movements and regime changes.
Books I most liked
Srdja Popovick - Blueprint for revolution
Conflict of visions - Thomas Sowell
Making of the atomic bomb - Richard Rhodes
Do a youtube scriptwriting course. Youtube is the meta for long-format content to reach mass audiences quickly.

Look at advice given by various youtubers who became famous, like MrBeast.
Don't blindly follow all their advice, given that your message and target audience are different from theirs.
But some basics still apply. (For example, all youtubers aimed at mass audience agree you should use 5th grader-level english. Imagine the dumbest person you know in real life, and then target someone dumber than that.)
(Sorry I don't have time to organise these lists better. Ask gpt-5 and goodreads for summaries and reviews)
