Maybe someone should organise anti-ASI protests at Fort Meade?

Thinking aloud. I haven't thought through all the pros and cons of this idea.
Main
A major part of why I think stopping US AI companies is so hard, is that US intelligence heads are less accountable to public than US politicians and billionaires, who in turn are less accountable to the public than youtubers. The US is basically run by a secret government within the govt, when it comes to important decisions like wars or surveillence or sanctions on scientific/tech equipment.
There have been protests organised in SF and many tech people, including tech billionaires, have seen that they are happening.
There have been a large number of protests in Washington DC too. AI pause people could protest there as well, this might be worth doing, but also they might just get drowned out by the noise of all the other people protesting there.
Fort Meade is a place that has a huge amount of the actually powerful people, and not that many people protest there. This means if you protest there, there is actually a high likelihood that many powerful people in the US IC will notice you. There has been an anti-AI protest at Fort Meade but it's not as popular a protest spot.
P.S. If you are scared of protesting at Fort Meade in particular, that just proves my point as to who has the real power here.
